Sexual pain conditions, including vulvodynia, vaginismus, and provoked vestibulodynia, are more common than most people realize, and more treatable than most people have been told. This five-module workshop was developed by a registered psychologist with nearly 15 years of clinical experience in this area. It combines psychoeducation, evidence-based strategies, and practical tools to help you understand your pain, access the right support, and reclaim your relationship with your body and your sex life.
